Job Summary: The Solar Staff will assist in the installation, maintenance, and promotion of solar energy systems. This role requires a blend of technical skills, customer service, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of solar panels and related equipment.
• Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility of solar projects.
• Provide customer support and education about solar energy solutions.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of existing solar systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in solar installation or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
