Speech Therapist – الجمعية الكويتية للدسلكسيا

As a Speech therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome communication and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with students of all ages, from children to adults, to assess their speech and language abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate students ‘ speech and language abilities through various assessments and tests
2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on students ‘ needs and goals
3. Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
4. Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as teachers, psychologists and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
5. Monitor and document students’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Preferred Candidates:

1. bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
2. Experience working with individuals with communication
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
