Key Responsibilities:
Joinery Technical Engineer is responsible for designing, detailing, and overseeing the production and installation of custom joinery items (e.g., doors, cabinets, paneling) to meet client specifications. This includes creating CAD drawings, managing production, and ensuring quality control during fabrication and installation.
Qualifications and Experiences:
• Interpret architectural drawings and create detailed CAD/shop drawings for joinery works.
• Coordinate production with workshop teams and optimize material usage.
• Supervise joinery installations on-site and resolve any technical issues.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products and ensure adherence to standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in joinery design, production, or installation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
Skills:
• Project management, problem-solving, attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients.
