- Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) approved protection testing & commissioning engineer
- SEC approval should be for MV & HV. Favorable to have EHV also.
- SEC distribution projects approval and experience (SEC Distribution Riyadh)
- Valid SEC ID
- Valid Saudi Driving License
