1. Data collection with preferably Vibxpert II and Falcon Expert with Omnitrend and Nest i4.0 software’s
2. Detailed Spectral and TWF analysis of data collected. Able to identify modulation, sideband, beating, bearing fault progression, cavitation etc and pinpoint the issue from FFT signature and Time waveform,
3. Ability to priorities and forecast the recommendation based on the detailed analysis,
4. Troubleshooting the vibration issue. Identifying the root cause. Confirm the same with phase. ie., resonance, beating, aerodynamic vibration, unbalance etc.
5. You should be able to carry out Impact test, ODS (with Me scope) and Experimental modal analysis including setting up the instrument in Vibexpert II and Falcon.
6. Able to identify the low points in AMC databases and optimize the same with relevant management Approvals.
7. Able to manage multiple AMC’s and clients and provide detailed technical reports compliance sheets with proper updates,
8. Basic knowledge about Turbo machinery analysis in ST, GTG, HP-LP Compressors, Compression Trains, IAC’s with hands on experience in System 1 or other similar monitoring systems for proximity and accelerometers,
9. Hands own experience and ground level detailed experience in Single plane, two plane and three point balancing of fans, couplings. Turbo machinery coupling or balancing drum in-situ balancing with system 1 will be an added advantage for selection,
10. Gearbox analysis- Right angle type, Multi stage and Planetary
10. Pulley and coupling alignments of machine trains (cooling towers, Fire pumps etc. ) including basic knowledge about geometric alignments.
11. Always a go getter in deputed jobs.
12. Good reporting skills and very well proficient in English
