Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of Huawei FTTx projects and strictly implement the basic principle of “delivering by contract and executing on budget”.
- Be result-oriented and take responsibility for the project scope, progress, cost, delivery quality, and project operation results.
- Focus on the requirements of customers and other key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Improve customer satisfaction through value presentation.
- Be responsible for project compliance operations and ensure that project delivery complies with corporate management regulations and regulations.
- Identify and control major issues and risks of the project, escalate issues and risks beyond the control scope of the project team in a timely manner, and manage them in a closed-loop manner.
- Set an example, pass on the company’s core values, and build a high-performance team.
