What You’ll Be Doing

As a critical member of the Luxury Tech team, the Sales Analyst, Data & Analytics – Luxury Tech will drive data insights and reporting excellence, playing a key role in empowering the sales team with actionable information. This role will oversee sales reporting, analyze performance metrics, and create compelling presentations that support strategic decision-making. By acting as a trusted partner to the team, the Specialist will ensure seamless flow and interpretation of data across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and able to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Reporting & Analytics:
    • Oversee the preparation, analysis, and distribution of regular sales performance reports across multiple channels.
    • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, monitor trends, and support decision-making.
    • Identify insights and opportunities for growth, working with team members to continuously optimize reporting processes.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    • Analyze and interpret sales data to highlight key trends, gaps, and performance drivers.
    • Collaborate closely with sales and business teams to understand and respond to evolving data needs.
    • Offer data-backed recommendations that contribute to shaping sales strategies and operational improvements.
  • Strategic Presentation & Communication:
    • Craft visually compelling presentations that communicate insights and recommendations in a clear, impactful way.
    • Serve as an analytical resource, providing insights and reports that drive forward strategic discussions.
    • Act as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders in data-related matters, ensuring continuity and clarity in reporting.
  • Collaboration & Process Improvement:
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM capabilities and reporting tools.
    • Assist in the development, testing, and roll-out of new reporting features and functionalities.
    • Support data validation efforts, safeguarding the accuracy and reliability of data used in decision-making.
