<p><b>Overview of the role</b><br>
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Consultant for the HINO Trucks Division to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. </p>

<p><b>What you will do</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Achieve/exceed monthly/annual sales targets while maximizing the profitability of the business by focusing on both net sales and gross margin earnings. This includes utilizing discounts as a tool to close deals</li>
<li>Contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within the designated territory</li>
<li>Conduct regular customer/field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships to ensure top customer satisfaction levels</li>
<li>Qualify customers by understanding their requirements and interests; matching these to various models</li>
<li>Demonstrate trucks by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, offering test drives, and explaining warranties and services</li>
<li>Write sales orders, secure deposits, and process paperwork in accordance with established business policies</li>
<li>Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Attend all sales meetings and modular training sessions, refresher courses that introduce new products, and inform the Sales Manager/Branch Manager if additional training is required</li>
<li>Provide sales management information by completing reports</li>
<li>Ensure monthly overdues are not more than the agreed target</li>

<p><b>Required skills to be successful</b></p>

<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in a Commercial Vehicle sales role at a dealership</li>
<li>Mandatory experience in Medium &amp; Heavy Duty Trucks Sales in UAE</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Very strong computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Office products</li>
