What you’ll be doing
Commercially:
Engage in yearly SO / SI budget with N+1 and the supplier.
Split the monthly SO / SI per region by store per brand to the sales team.
Work with the team to achieve the sell out / sell in target by brand per retailer
Follow up and go extra miles to achieve high ranking by brand per store and work with the brands to suggest the best tools to gain market share
Communicate effectively and before the deadline the monthly sales report with the supplier.
Prepare Business review to N+1 and the supplier on a monthly basis.
Marketing:
Implement the brands marketing strategy by retailers
Follow up closely the A&P expenses on a monthly basis to make sure are not exceeded the budget.
Suggest marketing animation per store by retailers
Support services:
Follow up with the supply chain on forecasted orders to make sure meeting the market demand.
Work on depleting the aged items according to the brands guideline to ensure healthy stock at retailers and warehouses.
Work with finance team to align on marketing accruals / budgeted expenses vs actuals
What you’ll need to succeed
- Excellent command of English & MS
- 2 years’ experience in brands management
- Good communication skills inhouse and supplier
- Developing / Implements brands strategy at selective distribution networks.
- Drive sell out / sell in through omni channels
