<p><b>Overview of the role:</b></p>

<p>Perform, manage branch operations and projects to ensure the right level of Inventory is maintained in the branche of Automotive divisions. To expedite the daily replenishment duties and task related to Demand planning. Ensure data accuracy and timely communication with all branches.</p>

<p><b>What you will do:<br>
<em>Demand Planning </em></b></p>

<p>•    Standardize multi brand parts procurement<br>
•    Maintain accurate service levels <br>
•    Maintain correct stock days<br>
•    Reduce order processing times<br>
•    Provide multi brand budget inputs for ordering and pricing, <br>
•    Review order quantities generated by Syncron and place accurate orders to principals and other suppliers to achieve healthy stock turn. <br>
•    Guide the Inventory Executives in processing the urgent orders and have effective controls to maintain a healthy ratio of urgent orders to stock orders.<br>
•    To review branch stocks and to call back slow-moving parts to parts distribution centre (PDC) to maintain lean Inventory.<br>
•    To analyse back-to-back orders placed by the branches<br>
•    Continuously monitor orders of all brands to the principal and suppliers within the stipulated time<br>
•    Obtain approvals as per delegation of authority.<br>
<em><b>Continuous improvement &amp; Business Intelligence</b></em></p>

<p>•    Creating dashboards for monitoring of process<br>
•    Perform kaizens and projects to reduce operational costs<br>
•    Taking necessary actions/ advise for effective inventory control<br>
•    Escalate the cases with necessary information if the process is not under control <br>
<em><b>System Utilisation</b></em></p>

<p>•    Continuous review of system parameters for improving the service level <br>
•    Review of system Alerts, <br>
•    Review of branch stock availability <br>
•    Mastering the processes and applying as per business needs to improve the efficiency and productivity<br>
 </p>

<p><b>Required skills to be successful:</b><br>
•    Demonstrated experience developing management reporting packs and presenting to senior leadership.</p>

<p>•    Extensive knowledge of inventory management systems &amp; Supply chain modules in ERP systems like SAP &amp; Syncron</p>

<p>•    Skilled in problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies</p>

<p>•    Understanding of agile way of working</p>

<p><b>About the Team:</b><br>
In this position you will be working in a fast paced and diverse Automotive supply chain environment. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain and manage a team. </p>

<p><b>What Equips You For The Role:</b></p>

<p>•    Around 5 years of experience in the field of Supply Chain, preferably with Automotive experience. </p>

<p>•    Extensive knowledge of Inventory management systems. </p>

<p>•    Business development and process improvement skills.</p>

<p>•    Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/MS Projects)<br>
•    Data analysis skill</p>
