What you’ll be doing  

This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing warehousing processes, with a focus on automation. It requires strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness across workflows. 

• Assess current warehousing processes, both manual and automated, to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct time and motion studies, workflow analysis, and root cause analysis to establish baseline metrics and prioritize improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a Point of Contact for automation by partnering with the Tech team to address system needs, fostering feature development
• Conduct data analysis to identify ongoing automation process improvements and ensuring optimal product slotting
• Lead discussions related to the automation system where other systems are involved (packaging, picking, KPIs, Reporting, external suppliers… etc)
• Initiate and support with continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) within warehousing operations to improve speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor and report progress and results on the effectiveness of improvement projects, providing data-driven insights and adjusting strategies as necessary.

What you’ll need to succeed  

• Proficient in data analysis and root cause identification for process improvement.
• Minimum 5 years in warehousing or logistics, with a focus on automation.
• Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to optimize operations.
• Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with various teams to drive improvements.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred.
