Accountant with Treasury function
Requirements:
- Accounting Degree from recognised university
- Min 5 years experience
- Working experience with accounting software
- English language proficiency
Job location: JLT, Dubai
Job includes
1. Book keeping of family companies in HK and Dubai
2. Prepare company account
3. Submit to Auditors on time
4. Follow up with Auditors for Audit report
5. Follow up with Auditor on Tax return
6. Follow up response of tax dept
7. Close year by year tax file
8. Prepare tailor made presentation on head wise expense
9. Monthly drawings of family members
10. Update property list and market value
11. Treasury function : keep record of fixed deposits and bonds of MD in various banks and follow up for timely renewal at best rate
12. Keep updated list of bank accounts and their RM contact
13. Check personal expenses in HK and Bangladesh presented by staff in HK and Bangladesh
14. Reconcile with Dubai expences
15. Timely renewal of trade licence
16. Daily access to all bank account and update all transactions in ledger
17. All payments to be approved by MD
18. Reporting on Monthly income & expenses
19. Conduct monthly bank reconciliation – check statement info and consolidate them into latest bank balance.
20. Filing Statements and Bills
21. Control petty cash and balance
22. Prepare cheques / TT payment to counter parties
23. Check if rental payment received from tenants on due date and update income ledger
