Key Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for generating sales through various channels like meeting

up corporates, institutional clients etc. Good knowledge of industry and products will be

beneficial for generating new sales and existing clients by providing them with proper

suitable solutions. This role require candidate with knowledge of products of Oracle

ERP, Database Administrator, Business Intelligence, Hyperion. Maintaining strong client

relationship would be crucial for the success of the business. This role will be required to

prepare quotations, proposals, and tendering, service offers and will be responsible to

reply for the customers enquires. Identify any areas for improving the marketing and

communication of the KCS brand. Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures,

and policies are met at all times. Understand all customer requirements and devise the

suitable solution in coordination with the relevant Functional or Technical team.  The

ideal candidate would have 6 to 10 years of experience in IT Services sales in KSA.
