JUNIOR LEGAL ADVISOR JOB DESCRPTION
We are a cybersecurity consultancy company located in business bay ,UAE .We are looking for a Junior Legal Advisor, highly motivated and enjoys multitasking to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Draft, review, and negotiate wide range of contracts and legal documents.
2. Conduct thorough due diligence investigations to mitigate legal risks associated with business transactions.
3. Stay update on the latest laws, regulations, and legal precedents to provide informed legal advice.
4. Assist with corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder agreements, and adherence to company policies.
5. Manage legal disputes efficiently and cost-effectively, seeking amicable resolutions whenever possible.
6. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and internal clients to achieve optimal result.
8. You will also build and maintain new and existing client relationships both internally and externally.
9. You are expected to perform and conduct legal research and analysis based on the case at hand and provide profound legal advice.
10. You are expected to work with minimal supervision and an initiative approach in solving complex problems.
11. Providing general paralegal support to the in-house corporate team.
Qualifications:
- A legal bachelor’s degree is necessary, but a master’s degree or other appropriate postgraduate credentials are advantageous.
- 4 years of UAE proven law experience.
- Must be bilingual (English, Arabic). Spanish will be an added advantage.
