Job Description: Door-to-Door Sales Representative
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers in person, presenting products or services, building rapport, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Approach potential customers in assigned territories with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Present and demonstrate product/service features and benefits in a clear, persuasive manner.
Sales Execution:
Effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and offers to close deals.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns to secure sales.
Territory Management:
Plan daily routes and manage time effectively to maximize customer outreach.
Maintain a detailed record of interactions and sales using provided tools or software.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to share strategies and insights for continuous improvement.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive activities.
Customer Follow-Up:
Ensure post-sale satisfaction by following up with customers when required.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably door-to-door or face-to-face sales (not mandatory for highly motivated candidates).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
