We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead innovative strategies that drive brand growth and success.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Utilizing a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels to reach target audiences effectively.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including property listings, marketing collaterals, landing pages, videos, and social media posts, while ensuring that all content reflects the USP’s of our projects and adheres to brand guideline.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, open houses, and exhibitions to attract potential buyers, investors, and stakeholders. Collaborate with event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution and maximum attendance.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touch points including POS.
- Manage & monitor marketing budgets for individual projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes. Monitor expenses, track ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results within budgetary constraints.
