Description
Insure sales teams implement sales fundamentals in order to achieve volumes.
Achieve sales targets by customer and by product line.
Insure distribution of target to all sales teams by brand by SKU.
Achieve sales collection target by customer as per agreement with customer to avoid over aging.
Ensure sales routes are efficiently implemented and highlight routes update updates if any .
Conduct random Stock count for sales team and report any discrepancies
Communicate monthly close out reports with related feedback analysis.
Undertake any other duties or assignments as required from time to time by the management.
