Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Performance Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will communicate with customers, sell and upsell tuning services, performance parts, and other auto performance services. They will meet and exceed sales targets while nurturing customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in person, by phone, or online to understand their needs and offer suitable tuning services and performance upgrades.
- Sales: Confidently explain technical auto parts and tuning services to customers, recommending additional services and upgrades to enhance their experience.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to the shop’s overall success.
- Collaboration: Work with the technical team to provide accurate information to customers and ensure smooth service experience.
Work Details:
- Hours: Monday to Saturday.
- Compensation: Commission-based pay structure, offering excellent earning potential.
- Environment: Fast-paced, supportive, and collaborative, with technical support provided.
- Salary:AED 2000-AED 20,000 Per Month
