Role Summary:
The Product Management Leader will play a critical role in driving the strategic vision, development, and delivery of core service offerings, including Enterprise Architecture, Business Analysis, and Strategy Performance Systems. This position entails leading a multidisciplinary team of Enterprise Architects,Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Product Managers, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends. The leader will focus on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring successful delivery of high-value solutions that address complex business challenges
Strategic:
Delivery Excellence
- Ensure that all methodologies, processes and tools required for the successful delivery of services are developed and/or sourced as per best practices.
- Oversee DU’s activities and operations to ensure timely delivery and productivity of resources involved
Financial Performance
- Works with the Practice Leader – Digital Experience to plan on process and finances of requests for program/application feature changes required to meet needs of the client.
Sales and Pre-Sales Support
· Identify opportunities for cross/up-sell across clients in collaboration with Product Development team and help business teams in converting them.
- Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities, define customer requirements, and propose tailored solutions.
- Lead the development of compelling value propositions and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing Malomatia’s capabilities in Enterprise Architecture, Business Analysis, and Strategy Performance Systems.
- Provide technical and strategic input during client meetings and demonstrations to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to align technical capabilities with market demands and sales objectives.
Tender Management
- Oversee the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals and tender responses, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, refine solution designs, and craft competitive bids.
- Develop pricing models and delivery strategies that maximize value for both clients and Malomatia.
- Provide technical leadership and utilizes technology trends to discuss with the client and development team on leading-edge technology alternatives and interpret biases among the different technical worlds for better decision making.
Other Strategic Responsibility
- Ensure the formulation and implementation of malomatia’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives by instilling and maintaining leading-practice processes.
- Promote technological research aligned organization vision, values, practices, and user projects
- Amalgamate traditional product management and business analytics with technology strategy with focus on emerging trends to continuously open avenues of adoption of new technology and encourage innovation in solutions.
Operational:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Product Management team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Develop and maintain operational processes and standards that enhance productivity and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Track and report on team performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business objectives.
- Promote knowledge-sharing and collaboration across teams to foster a cohesive and efficient work environment.
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of satisfaction.
- Facilitate regular client meetings and progress reviews to address feedback, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or expand service offerings based on client needs and feedback.
- Drive the development of customer-centric solutions, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Contract Management:
- Oversee the execution and management of client contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Monitor contract deliverables, timelines, and budgets, addressing deviations promptly to maintain alignment with project goals.
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and extensions, collaborating with legal and finance teams as necessary.
- Ensure effective documentation and record-keeping for all contractual engagements to support transparency and accountability.
Sales and Pre-Sales Support
- Support Pre-Sales with technical proposal writing
- Provide operational support to sales teams by preparing technical and strategic inputs for proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that align with client needs and market demands.
- Ensure alignment between proposed solutions and the delivery team’s capabilities to guarantee feasibility and quality execution.
- Review and refine pre-sales documentation, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with Malomatia’s value proposition.
Tender Management
· Estimate the financial and resource requirements at project level for new Tenders
Delivery Excellence
· Comprehend technical architecture vision/roadmap to guide the team to execute and deliver projects in alignment to the same.
- Oversee the role of Product management / Business Analysis in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including estimating requirements, database management, application development, testing, implementation, client follow up, support and governance.
- Provide ad-hoc technical and functional support required for technical decision processes, resource allocation and capacity planning
Other Operational Responsibilities
- Seek collaboration with vendors regarding design and development needs and resources, when appropriate
- Report progress reports to Practice Leader – Digital Experience at regular intervals and escalates necessary issues

· Ensures the culture of the Delivery Unit is aligned to the overall culture and ways of working of Malomatia
Career Planning and Development
- Provides guidance and direction to direct reports by managing their performance through appropriate feedback and counseling
- Supports functional capability building for employees in delivery teams initiatives through training as per organization’s guidelines

· Provides strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides employees to efficiently perform and achieve customer delivery excellence
