- Provide in-depth technical support to the sales team and customers by identifying HVAC application requirements, recommending suitable products, and ensuring design specifications meet the customers’ needs.
- Provide initial quotation and create the appropriate BOM for the products.
- Analyze project specifications and design HVAC systems accordingly, selecting appropriate components (AHU, FCU, Package units, Condensing units) to optimize performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product design teams to customize HVAC solutions based on specific client requirements and industry standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed engineering documents, including project specifications, design calculations, product drawings, and installation instructions.
- Prepare quotations for the projects which are in the tendering stage by selecting the correct products.
