Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, managing their calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Coordinate and execute special projects and events, ensuring seamless operations.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documents.
- Assist in budget management and financial reporting as needed.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Help in the onboarding process for new team members, providing necessary orientation and support.
