- Coordinate and track freight operations through effective communication with suppliers, and clearing agents.
- Keep organized logs and records of import shipments
- Registration of product certificates.
- Track shipments (including costs and timelines) according to business requirements.
- To follow on original documents before ETA for timely submission.
- Prepare detailed, accurate reports for Freight dept.
- Analyze logistics-related data, and suggest improvements for efficiency
- Know, follow, and enforce all standards, regulations, and customs/SASO policies.
