Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

– Conducting a full recruitment process: posting vacancies, interviewing candidates, evaluating their qualifications

– Maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies

– Assisting new hires with onboarding and integration into the team

2. Personnel document management:

– Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws in the execution of employment contracts

– Managing the process of obtaining work visas, health insurance, and other necessary paperwork for employees

– Updating and maintaining records of personnel, including employee files, vacation schedules, and reports

3. Interaction with employees:

– Providing guidance on UAE labor laws and company policies

– Regularly updating job descriptions based on changing roles and responsibilities

– Advising on the social benefits package

4. Administrative Tasks:

– Interaction with state and municipal authorities regarding employee registration.

– Preparation of regular human resources reports for management, including key indicators on hiring, staff turnover, and vacation days.

– Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, including drafting and implementing company regulations and instructions.
