Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Engineering or Landscape Architecture; alternate qualification is Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture with postgraduate certificate in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Engineering or equivalent acceptable by User Organization, Fully conversant in computer operations with emphasis on the current version of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel.), Microstation V8i, Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Autodesk 3ds Max 2010, Shall be well verse with related International Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards, Experience from the date of qualifications, with five (5) years of those spent in preparing landscape designs, irrigation systems, plants selection, working drawings. Additionally, shall be able to do conceptual sketches both for design and construction, Shall have three (3) full years proven experience using Computer Aided Drafting software “Microstation” of which two (2) years shall be in 3-D modeling, rendering and developing perspectives, Must have experience in planning, programming, estimating, scheduling and quality control.
