Overview of the role:

The Landscape Manager oversees the City Landscape of the company or organization in a bid to make them operate as efficiently as possible. Landscape and Irrigation coaching and daily in-site instruction for Landscape service providers.

What you will do:

<ul style=”margin-bottom:11.0px”>
<li>Manage & supervise all basic services required as per standards & set plans.</li>
<li>Implement water-saving instructions to give plants optimum requirements to save water costs and to raise landscape quality.</li>
<li>Provide support for activities and events taking place in the city.</li>
<li>Provide all operation procedures to ensure proper safety precautions for all on-ground activities.</li>
<li>Following up and managing service providers for all work procedures to ensure continuous enhancements in the city’s image. </li>
<li>Supervise and/or assist in special projects as requested with full coordination with other related departments.</li>
<li>Assist in updating procedure manuals and resources as well as managing the landscape section budget to ensure utilization of available resources.</li>
<li>Participate/implement initiatives that directly impact on the landscape image as replacement of non-preforming plants & plantation of new plant species.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills to be successful:

<ul style=”margin-bottom:11.0px”>
<li>Minimum 10 years in well-reputed large Companies preferably real estate developers in the field of Landscape and Irrigation </li>
</ul>

What equips you for the role:

<ul style=”margin-top:4.0px”>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering </li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Qualified Horticulture background with strong leadership, good communication skills, and Hands-on Experience in all horticulture activities & related works. </li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Experience in handling emergency cases and conduct communications in a calm manner.</li>
<li>The ability to well perform under stress.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.</li>
</ul>
