The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a proven track record in driving sales teams, and expertise in both UAE and Indian real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth and Strategy:

• Develop and execute strategies to increase real estate sales in the UAE AND India markets.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through innovative approaches.

Team Building and Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and manage real estate sales teams in UAE and India.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

Market Development:

• Identify and capitalize on new opportunities in global real estate markets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate sustained business.

Building a Real Estate Marketplace and Brokerage firm:

• Assist in building a comprehensive real estate marketplace to establish and expand the business.
• Identify lucrative properties and investment opportunities to strengthen the company’s market presence.

Brand Promotion:

• Actively promote the company’s real estate portfolio in international markets.
• Represent the company at property expos, networking events, and trade fairs.

Travel and Collaboration:

• Travel to India or Canada to support and oversee team operations.
• Work closely with global teams to align sales strategies and share insights.
