Key Responsibilities
As the Technical Director, you will:
[ Strategic Project Leadership: Provide high-level guidance for large-scale refinery construction, oil product storage terminals, and related projects.
[ Technical and Engineering Oversight: Ensure all engineering deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
[ Business Model and Cost Estimation: Oversee cost modeling, feasibility assessments, and financial planning.
[ Contract Management and Negotiations: Lead complex contract negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
[ Project Management and Governance: Drive project timelines, budgets, and risk management processes.
[ Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
[ Team Leadership and Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performing team by mentoring and empowering employees.
