Job Summary:
As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable team and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expenses.

Job Responsibility:
– Supervise and lead the accounts payable team in day-to-day operations
– Review and approve invoices and expense reports for payment
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors or internal stakeholders
– Prepare various financial reports related to accounts payable
– Participate in the month-end closing process

Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Proven experience in accounts payable and supervisory role
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
