We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role within the UAE or GCC region and possess excellent command of English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed.
  • Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for staff and visitors.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in managing after sales service requests and spare parts ordering.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
