- Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine the appropriate repair methods.
- Perform dent removal using various techniques, including paintless dent repair (PDR) where applicable.
- Repair or replace damaged body panels, including welding, shaping, and filling.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and feathering.
- Ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard, meeting company quality standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
- Use and maintain workshop equipment effectively and safely.
- Collaborate with other workshop staff, including painters and mechanics, to ensure efficient workflow.
- Keep up to date with the latest repair techniques and technologies.
- Accurately record work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
