Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive specializing in Media Sales to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships within the media industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the media sector.
– Present and sell media products and services to potential clients, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media platforms.
2. [[Client Relationship Management:[[
– Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
– Understand client needs and provide tailored media solutions to meet their objectives.
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
3. [[Market Research and Analysis:[[
– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential areas for growth.
– Stay updated on industry developments, emerging media platforms, and new technologies.
4. [[Proposal Development:[[
– Prepare and present detailed proposals, including media plans, budgets, and timelines.
– Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to develop compelling sales presentations.
5. [[Negotiation and Closing:[[
– Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
– Close deals and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. [[Reporting and Documentation:[[
– Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.
– Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
– Minimum of 6 Months of experience in media sales , Crypto , Block chain or related field, preferably within the Dubai market.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
– Strong understanding of the media landscape in Dubai and the broader UAE.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
– Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
