Job Summary:
The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Job Responsibility:
– Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall customer experience
– Create and maintain menus in line with customer preferences and seasonal availability
– Monitor food and beverage costs and implement cost-saving measures where necessary
– Train and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to company policies
– Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
– Strong leadership and communication skills
