Hard Services Manager – Safari Group

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Hard Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the operations and maintenance of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other essential infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems and infrastructure.
• Manage a team of technicians and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently for facility maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facility systems.
• Handle emergency repairs and ensure quick response times.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to optimize facility operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum [9] years of experience in hard services management within facilities operations and maintenance.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong negotiation skills for vendor management.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in facility management
