A leading international aviation and luxury services provider is seeking an accomplished professional to join their senior leadership team as Head of Private Aviation Services, based in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the strategic development and operational management of private aviation services, ensuring seamless, efficient, and discreet client experiences.
• Expand and enhance the range of services offered, including aircraft handling, concierge solutions, customs clearance, and personalized travel support.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to diversify offerings, aligning with the evolving expectations of high-value clients.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with private jet owners, operators, and fixed-base operators (FBOs).
• Develop tailored pricing strategies and premium service packages to drive revenue growth within the private aviation sector.
• Guarantee the highest levels of service quality and operational excellence to uphold the organization’s reputation for exclusivity and precision.
• Lead contract negotiations, monitor service delivery, and manage supplier and vendor relationships.
• Act as the primary liaison for private aviation clients, ensuring swift and effective coordination with internal business units.
• Oversee contracts, service agreements, and client accounts, ensuring all commitments are met with excellence.
• Execute strategic plans in alignment with broader commercial and organizational goals.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in a leadership capacity within the private aviation or VIP aviation sector.
• Deep understanding of private aviation operations, client demands, and service excellence.
• Strong strategic acumen, analytical ability, and a proactive approach to innovation and business development.
• Outstanding leadership skills, with a proven ability to empower teams and drive performance.
