Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Improvement & Efficiency
- Analyze current manufacturing and operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.
- Optimize production workflows, material usage, and resource allocation.
- Introduce best practices to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and improve quality.
2. Industrial Innovation & Automation
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and automation solutions to enhance operations.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve industrial processes.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate IoT, smart manufacturing, and SAP solutions.
3. Project Management & Execution
- Plan, execute, and monitor industrial improvement projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with Amiantit’s strategic goals and production requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
4. Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
- Utilize data analytics tools to track production efficiency and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on performance insights.
- Develop forecasting models to predict future operational needs and improvements.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all process improvements comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and ISO certifications.
- Work with the Quality Assurance team to maintain high production standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions where necessary.
