• Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members have access to training and development opportunities.

1. Budget and Resource Management

• Manage the company’s IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Procure necessary hardware, software, and services within budget constraints.
