· Dealing with the sale and rental of prime residential property within the UAE.
· Canvassing for properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads/clients
· Talking to sellers/landlords and building a network of relationships.
· Preparing CMA’s for the homeowners and taking or arranging photography for the listings
· Entering all new properties on CRM (Propspace) for marketing purposes.
· Handling inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants
· Qualifying new inquiries, matching requirements with available inventory, and conducting viewings
· Negotiating deals between the two parties,
· Closing deals, attending DLD for the transaction of titles,
· Consulting and updating clients on the latest market trends
· Regular calls to all clients to build long-term business relationships
