Job Description:

We are looking for a Friendly, Organized, and Professional Receptionist to join our salon . As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner.
•  Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries.
•  Manage salon appointments, bookings, and schedules.
•  Process payments and maintain accurate records.
•  Assist in promoting salon services and offers.
•  Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
•  Coordinate with salon staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

•  3-4 years of experience as a receptionist in a salon.
•  Must be fluent in English (spoken & written).
•  Strong communication and customer service skills.
•  Experience with booking systems and POS software is a plus.
•  Well-groomed, friendly, and professional demeanor.
