Job Title: Sales Manager – UPVC, WPC & Aluminum Doors & Windows

Role Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships in the UPVC, WPC, and Aluminum doors and windows sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Identify and establish relationships with new clients, contractors, developers, and consultants.
- Expand market reach by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
Client & Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and recommendations to senior management.
