Roles & Responsibilities
- Credit Card Creation: verify correctness and authenticity of the Credit Card applications and required documents
- Debit Card Creation: Ensure smooth running and timely processing of the card embossing file received from Misys system as part of the account opening process as per SLA.
- Preparing and issuance of supplementary cards, reissuance & replacement of cards in the Card Management System (HPS – Power Card) as per SLA
- Cancellation/blocking of Cards: Carry out card cancellation/ blocking process on the basis of authentic requests from clients or concerned Branches with relevant reasons.
- Activation and deactivation of the cards: Activation and deactivation of the card at the request of the customer after proper identification or upon request from the concerned Branch’s card custodian
