لشركة تعمل في مجال بيع الساعات الثمينة والهدايا الفاخرة والمجوهرات ( بالعقيلة )
- نشر محتوى على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي حسب التعليمات و السياسة المتبعة.
- الالتزام بتوفير خدمة عملاء عالية الجودة في كافة الأوقات.
- التواصل مباشرة مع الزبائن لحل المشكلات البسيطة والمتوسطة التعقيد، باستخدام الإرشادات الخاصة بالشركة.
- الإجابة على أسئلة الزبائن سواء عن طريق الهاتف أو الواتساب أو مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
