Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and professional Barber to provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming services to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hairstyling, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of the latest trends in men’s grooming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other grooming services.
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
• Use various barbering tools such as clippers, scissors, razors, and trimmers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, tools, and overall salon/barbershop environment.
• Stay updated on current hairstyle trends and grooming techniques.
• Recommend hair and beard care products to clients when necessary.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including sanitization procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Barber or similar role.
• Certification or licensing as required by local/state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of barbering techniques, tools, and hair care products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
