Maintenance Manager – Mindfield Resources

Our Client: A well-established food manufacturing with a strong market presence and ambitious growth plans, operating in Jeddah, KSA.

Role Overview: As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of a large-scale factory, including a newly launched mega line. Reporting to the Factory Operations Manager, you will lead a team of skilled technicians, driving a culture of reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in electrical systems, PLCs, and maintenance planning will be critical in optimizing performance and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance plans to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
• Team Leadership: Oversee, guide, and support a team of maintenance technicians, promoting a culture of responsibility, teamwork, and high technical standards
• Hands-On Support: Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for electrical and PLC-related issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Ensure adherence to GMP and other regulatory standards, promoting a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track maintenance performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and supply chain teams to align maintenance activities with broader operational goals.
