Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of liebherr LHM Cranes, including the LHM 550, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Perform diagnostic analysis and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, focusing on engine control and monitoring systems.
- In-depth knowledge of key crane components, conducting both replacements and repair works.
- Utilize vibration analysis and engine monitoring techniques to identify and resolve potential issues before they affect operations.
- Manage the maintenance schedules for a fleet of port heavy equipment, ensuring machinery operates to the highest standards.
- Lead a team, ensuring adherence to crane safety procedures and effective maintenance techniques through training and mentoring.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align maintenance schedules with operational needs, ensuring minimal downtime.
