General Characteristic:
- Mechanical Project Engineer with strong expertise in static and rotating equipment to manage Construction/warranty-related jobs in Aramco and SABIC projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in site activities, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth execution of mechanical projects within the oil and gas and petrochemical industries.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage warranty-related jobs for static and rotating equipment’s.
- Knowledge on installation & performance of pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, turbines and piping systems.
- Lead the solution for warranty defects and performance related issues.
- Co-ordinate with Site S/V’s, Subcontractors, vendors & client.
- Monitor Progress and Resolve Technical Issues at site.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of mechanical
Equipment.
- Ability to Assist in preparation of As-Built Drawings.
- Prepare Technical Specifications and Review Vendor Proposals.
- Experience in troubleshooting Mechanical Equipment’s.
- Good Reporting Skills, able to prepare construction schedule, work force plan, equipment plan etc.
- Ability to lead and Monitor Site related Mechanical Activities,
- Good Interface Knowledge with other disciplines.
