Job Summary: The Resolution Specialist plays a vital role in our organization by managing client interactions and addressing their needs related to medical billing. In addition to contacting health insurance companies to verify patients’ benefits, and to resolve billing issues. This includes confirming insurance coverage details, eligibility, and ensuring that all required information are obtained. Your role is crucial in ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely information regarding their benefits, which directly impacts their overall experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate denials from insurance companies. Correct and resubmit claims within payer deadlines.
- Insurance follow-ups. by contacting insurance companies to check claim status and resolve discrepancies.
- Address billing disputes from patients, and insurance companies.
- Work closely with coders and billers to resolve claim discrepancies.
- Handling in/out bound calls with patients and health insurance companies.
- Verify the patient’s eligibility and benefits with the health insurance.
