Key Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate the value of the company’s products/services to potential clients.
Team Leadership (Future Focus):
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals as the company scales.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to ensure high performance.
Create a positive and collaborative sales culture that fosters success.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
Regularly monitor and report on sales performance and metrics.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
