Senior/Intermediate Interior Designer – KIEFERLE PARTNER

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Intermediate Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing interior design concepts and carrying them through to the tender stage. This role requires a balance of creativity and technical expertise to ensure design intent is fully realized with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development:

[ Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.

[ Research and analyze design trends, materials, and finishes to create innovative solutions.

[ Produce mood boards, sketches, and conceptual presentations.

Technical Development & Detailing:

[ Translate conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.

[ Develop detailed CAD drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details.

[ Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

[ Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to specify materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Project Coordination & Documentation:

[ Prepare and compile full design documentation, including specifications, schedules, and BOQs for tender submissions.

[ Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to integrate interior design elements with overall project requirements.

[ Review and refine drawings based on feedback from stakeholders and consultants.

[ Assist in evaluating contractor bids and ensuring design compliance during execution.
