نبحث عن مستشار مبيعات عقارية يمتلك خبرة قوية في مجال بيع العقارات داخل مدينة جدة. يكون هذا الدور محوريًا في تحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى عملاء فعليين من خلال مهارات الإقناع والتفاوض والاحترافية في تقديم العروض العقارية.
ملاحظة هامة: العملاء يتم توفيرهم من قبل الشركة، ولا يُطلب من المستشار البحث عنهم.
المهام الوظيفية:
التواصل مع العملاء المهتمين الذين توفرهم الشركة وتقديم شرح مفصل عن المشاريع العقارية.
مرافقة العملاء في زيارات ميدانية للمواقع العقارية.
بناء علاقات مهنية طويلة الأمد مع العملاء المحتملين والحاليين.
التفاوض على شروط البيع وإغلاق الصفقات بنجاح.
متابعة إجراءات البيع حتى تسليم الوحدة وتوثيق العقود.
تقديم تقارير دورية لإدارة المبيعات عن حالة العملاء وملاحظاتهم.
