تبحث شركتنا عن محاسب دقيق ومنظم للانضمام إلى فريق عملنا في دبي – قرية الشحن. سيكون مسؤولاً عن المهام المحاسبية اليومية وضمان دقة السجلات المالية والمساهمة في الاستقرار المالي للشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تسجيل وإدارة المعاملات المالية اليومية مثل الفواتير، المدفوعات، والإيصالات.
- إعداد التسويات البنكية ومتابعة الحسابات المدينة والدائنة.
- إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
- متابعة المخزون والمساعدة في مطابقة الجرد.
- إعداد الرواتب وضمان الالتزام بقوانين العمل الإماراتية.
- المساعدة في إعداد الإقرارات الضريبية (VAT) والتعامل مع المدققين الخارجيين.
- دعم الإدارة في إعداد الميزانيات والتخطيط المالي.
